This photo essay is about my exploration of abandoned spaces. My interest upon urban ruins started in my childhood; there were a few abandoned buildings near my house and I was curious to get a glimpse of those spaces. My idea is to explore and experience how it feels to be in a space filled with memories and belongings of people who lived or worked there.

I felt the absence of human life and everything was so still and calm, as if the time had stopped in the past and the world moved on; but they still exists among us in the new world, standing alone; decaying and waiting for a slow death. These structures once prideful and productive are now falling apart and soon will cease to exist.

The Clamor of these spaces has been replaced by silence and what remains is the whisper of the broken structure.
